Individual Sessions / Supervisions

I offer accredited sessions and supervisions for participants in all level trainings that help lead to certification in Europe.

Both can be scheduled in my online planner below.
First time we meet? Then I’d appreciate an email before booking a session.

NARM individual Sessions

Individual NARM Learning Sessions offer a dedicated space to deepen your learning through personal experience and reflection. They are particularly suited to themes, questions, or personal topics that arise while engaging with NARM training material.

In these sessions, you are invited to bring forward what feels relevant for you—whether it is a personal experience, a recurring pattern, a moment of resonance with the material, or a question that has emerged during training. The aim is not only to understand NARM conceptually, but to encounter its principles directly within your own lived experience.

Alongside this first-hand exploration, we also make space to step back and view the process from a meta-perspective. This creates an opportunity to notice how survival patterns, relational dynamics, identity, regulation, and connection may be present in the moment.

By moving between personal experience and reflective observation, the sessions can support a more embodied, nuanced, and integrated understanding of NARM. They offer a way to deepen your individual learning process and bring the material more fully into your professional and personal life.

NARM individual Supervisions

Individual supervision offers a supportive, reflective space for practitioners to deepen their professional development through a relational and embodied lens.

NARM-informed supervision focuses on applying NARM principles in clinical practice. Together, we explore the survival patterns and relational dynamics that may emerge in therapeutic work, as well as processes of emotion, regulation, and connection. Attention is also given to the therapist’s own embodied presence and inner experience, recognising these as essential aspects of the therapeutic relationship.

Supervision is tailored to your clinical questions, professional context, and individual learning process. It can support you in developing greater clarity, confidence, and flexibility in your work with clients.
