Group Supervison
Group supervision provides space to internalise the principles of the model and differentiate the subtleties of guidance within the framework of NARM. The supervision sessions are primarily used to discuss cases, but there is also the opportunity to clarify fundamental questions about methodology and application…
Group supervisions are self-organized and offer a reflective, supportive space to explore your therapeutic work. Grounded in NARM, they provide a container for deepening your understanding of the model and refining how you apply it in practice.
We focus on:
• Applying NARM principles in clinical work
• Navigating countertransference dynamics
• Working through moments of stuckness
• Developing greater comfort with uncertainty and the unknown
Participants bring case material, clinical questions, and personal reflections. This creates an environment for shared learning, mutual support, and professional growth.
Group supervisions can also be organized around specific NARM-related themes, allowing for more focused, in-depth exploration of particular aspects of the model.
“In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn.”
