Active Coaching

Active group coaching offers the opportunity to refine your work with NARM as a therapist and to gain a deeper understanding of the model. My coaching focuses on getting to know and strengthening your own authentic way of working with NARM within the framework of the four pillars…

Active Coaching Groups offer an experiential space to practise and deepen your work with NARM. Rather than focusing on applying the model in a fixed or “correct” way, these groups invite you to explore how NARM can come alive in your own authentic way of working.

Through guided practice, reflection, and experiential exploration, you can become more attuned to your own therapeutic impulses, resources, and areas of uncertainty. There is room to experiment, make mistakes, pause, and discover what supports connection, regulation, and meaningful change.

The groups are grounded in the NARM principles of safety, curiosity, and relational presence. They offer a supportive environment in which learning can unfold naturally—allowing you to integrate the model not only intellectually, but also personally and embodied in your therapeutic work.

We decide together who’s working in an Active Coaching session during the meeting.

“In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn.”
