Centrum voor Hechting en Trauma

Trauma-informed, systemically oriented and body-based education, coaching and training, with modalities and interventions grounded in the latest scientific research in traumatology, interpersonal neurobiology and neuroaffective developmental psychology.

The professional education I offer is designed for mental health professionals and a broad spectrum of other helping professions, with the objective of further developing their personal and relational skills in order to refine their professional tools.

I strive to create a rich and interactive learning environment for participants that want to deepen their embodied understanding of working with dynamics that have their roots in developmental trauma. These dynamics also address relational-, emotional-, attachment-, intergenerational trauma.

What I offer is not a method, but an approach in which the relational space in the here and now, between you and your client is the most important resource for corrective relational experiences and healing. All my trainings are deeply inspired by NARM, but also by other modalities and teachers I’ve learned from in the last decade.

Discover how the training programmes can help you develop a deeper understanding of trauma and work with it more effectively.

A range of body-oriented psychotherapy, trauma therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches have inspired my work. It cannot be reduced to one defined, straightforward method or set of techniques.

People who take part in specific workshops, group sessions, or professional training programmes often describe a gradual shift in the way they embody their experience, relate to themselves and others, and engage with their work. I prefer to describe this as an ongoing process of conscious learning and practice.

for professional and personal development.
Attachtment-based, Trauma-informed, Developmentally oriented and Somatically integrative.

I offer training programmes and workshops in areas including:

• Body-oriented and body–mind approaches

• Neuroaffective developmental psychology

• Attachment difficulties and the restoration of secure attachment

Get the Best Out of Your Work—and Yourself

Drawing on many years of experience in professional training and a distinctive personal approach, the Centre for Attachment and Trauma offers contemporary, experiential, and body-oriented learning opportunities.

Our programmes includes training, Seminars, workshops, lectures, etc. They focus on personal and professional development, restoring secure attachment, and working with developmental and relational trauma.

Our aim is to support you in bringing greater depth, awareness, and effectiveness to your work—while also helping you connect more fully with yourself.

Quality, safety, authenticity, and pleasure are central to everything we offer.

My Educational approach

Every living being possesses an inherent drive toward health, vitality, and growth. However, chronic stress and trauma can disrupt this innate movement, causing us to lose contact with our internal resources. At its core, trauma represents a rupture in connection—both with others and within ourselves.

My approach to teaching about relational trauma—including developmental, attachment, emotional, and intergenerational aspects—centers on bringing relationally into both the teaching environment and the embodied experience of participants. Together, we explore how our own relational patterns and somatic states influence the way we engage with clients and colleagues.
Within this shared field, we become more aware of the parts of ourselves from which we meet others, opening the possibility for transformative and corrective relational experiences.

These embodied encounters are fundamental to the process of healing relational trauma and restoring a sense of connection and wholeness.
Therefore, meeting each other on eye level—with openness and curiosity—forms a key part of my approach, creating the conditions for true collaborative learning and healing.
